About Us

Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, Melbourne Students Services Centre is only a 5-minute walk from Melbourne’s landmark buildings Finders Street Station and Federation square. Our company was established in 2005, providing professional welfare and caregiver services to students and meeting their needs in education, culture and life during their time in Australia. Our service has been recognized and is strongly recommended by many educational providers. Most of our past students and parents still maintain good friendly relationships with our caregivers.

Our company director, Ms. Sarah Cheng, thoroughly understands the needs of our students and their parents from her own experiences of studying in Australia. Besides, all our care givers are Australian Permanent Residents or citizens with a working with children check. They have been living in Australia for many years, familiar with the suburbs, schools and local culture. Most of them have had the experience of studying in Australia, possessing a wealth of social and life experience.
