About Us

Established in 2005, our company provides professional welfare and caregiver services to students, addressing their needs in education, culture, and daily life during their time in Australia. Our services have been recognized and strongly recommended by numerous educational providers. A substantial number of our past students and parents continue to maintain friendly relationships with our caregivers.

Our company director, Ms. Sarah Cheng, has a deep understanding of the needs of our students and their parents, drawn from her own experiences of studying in Australia. In addition, all our caregivers are Australian Permanent Residents or citizens with a 'Working With Children Check". They have resided in Australia for many years, becoming familiar with the suburbs, schools, and local culture. Most of them have also undergone the experience of studying in Australia, bringing a wealth of social and life experience to their roles.
